Ben and Benjamin are floating on whats left of the north pole. Its now 2020, Life on earth has gone through a big change. After years of war and self induced contamination, living organisms are now having a hard time adapting to the fast changing environment. Earth stays at a global temperature of 150 degrees Fahrenheit, but feels close to 300 degrees due to the humidity.

iPhone GUI PSD
Teehan + Lax have created a great Photoshop document that makes mocking up an iPhone UI a lot easier. The psd includes a comprehensive library of assets, that is fully editable. I have been very pasionate about the iPhone since the first day it came out. And fortunately, I just came across this post right when I am about to begin working on an iPhone related project.

World’s Largest Vinyl Collection

“The Archive” is a documentary about Paul Mawhinney, owner of the world’s largest vinyl record collection. After watching this video, I was astounded not only by the size of the collection but also by his passion and dedication; it really inspires me when people dedicate their life to what they love most.
This video made me wish I still owned my old diminute but highly enjoyed record collection. I am glad Sean Dunne has made this available online.

Stuart Langfield - The Stew bumpers
I just came accross Stuart Langfield’s hilarious motion work for MTV via Motionographer. I immediately got pulled in by the awesome one-eyed character on their post… and ended up cracking up at all the bumpers made for “The Stew” (MTV). The sound and visual relationships, are hilarious!

Be Kanye - Train Ad
I came across the Be Kanye Ad on the train this week. The Ad promotes “Be Kanye” effervescent Tablets, which claim to transform you into cool Kanye West. This ad is only part of the Be Kanye tablets Campaign from Absolut, which includes train, bus, newspaper and online advertising.
It’s a great concept, the ad has been receiving a lot of attention on the trains. The design approach immediately pulled me in, because the ad actually looks like some sort of hair replacement ad. But even though the Ad is getting a ton of attention in the trains (specially for Kanye West) I am intrigued about the return the Ad will have for Absolut Vodka.
How to write an enye on a MacBook or MacBook Pro
If you are like me, constantly typing in english and spanish on a Mac notebook; you may be wondering how to type an enye on you keyboard. Since there is no Alt + 0164 on the mac just do the following.
To write a letter Enye (ñ) :
1 - Press option + n on your keyboard, then release. You should see a wierd squiggly line.
2- Then press n (just n)
And that’s it.
Peskimo’s Monster Burp
This weekend I came across this Monster Burp prototype by Peskimo. Even though I couldn’t find the dimensions, I really like the color and idea of this toy.
